Welcome to the official web site for Meadow Pointe III Community Development District. This site is funded on behalf of the Community Development District (CDD) in an effort to help educate the general public about the services provided by the district, and to highlight the other agencies involved in the day-to-day operations of the community. These agencies include, but are not limited to Pasco county and the Meadow Pointe III homeowner’s association.

Wetland Encroachment Violations

As you may or may not be aware, Meadow Pointe III has numerous wetlands and conservation areas throughout the community.  As such, your property may abut one of these protected areas. At no time should anyone encroach into these areas and remove any vegetation, plant vegetation, or construct any facility.  These areas are part of the overall storm water drainage system for the community and also regulated by certain government agencies.  Any alteration to these areas, including the buffers, may be considered a violation of the drainage permit resulting in a fine.  All fines will be the responsibility of the offending party.

If you witness anyone altering the wetlands or conservation areas, please contact Dan Richardson, Clubhouse Manager immediately at 813-383-6676. If you wish to learn more about storm water systems, please click on the link below. Click here to learn more!
